This year, the Ladies in Blue are feeling like Perfect 10s!
We’re celebrating 10 amazing years of service, connection, and growth — and it all comes together at our 10-10-25 event at the Beaverton Resource Center from noon to 8pm.

From officially becoming a non-profit organization to expanding our reach across the community, this milestone year has been filled with gratitude and growth.

Dee has been especially impressed with the community’s response. Whether donating clothing, shoes, or accessories—or giving their time as volunteers—people from across Beaverton and beyond have stepped up in record numbers. Even more inspiring, the individuals and groups donating are increasingly diverse and reflective of the very community we serve, showing that the word is truly getting out about Ladies in Blue.

For Mandi, this year has been about relationships. She’s amazed at the meaningful connections forged with community groups and individuals who may not have had any reason to engage with law enforcement in the past. These new partnerships are helping us build bridges and create lasting impact. She’s also looking forward to this year’s event—meeting new volunteers and seeing shoppers discover special treasures is always a highlight.

And as Michel reflected, this anniversary year reminds us how much a simple idea can grow when neighbors work together for a common good. She’s been inspired by the sheer amount of clothing given to community members in need throughout the year—not just at the big October event—and finds joy knowing that something as simple as a warm coat or new shoes can truly brighten someone’s day.
